1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, visiting our store at 9715 Long Beach Blvd., South Gate, CA 90280, or scheduling laundry pickup and delivery services with The Laundry Queenz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

The Laundry Queenz provides wash and fold, self-service laundromat facilities, commercial laundry care, and residential pickup and delivery services. All services are subject to machine availability and scheduling windows.

3. Pricing & Minimums

• Wash & Fold (Drop-off): $1.50/lb with a $25 Minimum. Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same-day service is available for a $25 rush fee if dropped off before 4:00 PM.
• Pickup & Delivery: Starts at $2.25/lb for recurring schedules, and $2.50/lb for one-time orders, with a $45 Minimum and 48-hour turnaround.
• Specialty and bulky items (e.g. heavy comforters, rugs, pillows) may be billed at flat-rate pricing.

4. Garment Care & Liability

We exercise extreme care with every garment entrusted to us. However, customers are responsible for checking pockets for pens, lipsticks, money, or sharp items before handoff. We cannot be held responsible for items left in pockets or wear-and-tear resulting from normal laundering of fragile/aged fabrics.

5. Pickup & Drop-Off Locations

Customers must designate a secure, weather-protected pickup and drop-off spot (such as a front porch, reception desk, or parcel locker). The Laundry Queenz is not liable for items stolen, damaged by weather, or displaced once delivered to the confirmed drop-off address.
